Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Here’s the “Luck o’ the Irish” menu for the week

To order, please use the Contact tab (or email butterfieldgourmet@gmail.com) and tell me which items you would like and what day you would like to pick up at my Preston Commons location. If you order by 10 am, your items can be ready for you by 4 pm the following day.

Pick up is from 4-6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

Salad:  Kale & Quinoa Salad with Citrus Dressing – This salad filled with caramelized onions, dates and almonds makes a fabulous lunch or side. $12/pint, $20/quart

Soup/chili: Potato, Cheddar and Ale soup – creamy goodness that will warm you to the toes. $15/quart

Quiche: Mushroom-Spinach-Swiss – loaded with veggies, this is a good-for-you egg pie to serve for brunch, lunch or dinner! $25/pie serves 4-6

Pot Pie: Homestyle Chicken Pot Pie – my classic pie is always on the rotation. $25/pie serves 4-6

Side: Parmigiano Rice with garlic & Thyme – think risotto meets mac and cheese.  This is a delicious side for a rotisserie chicken or with Corned Beef, see below. $15 serves 2-3

Entree: Classic Corned Beef & Roasted Vegetables – My slow braised version of this traditional dish is minus cabbage but includes Red Potatoes and Carrots. $30 serves 4-6

Dessert: Chocolate Stout Pound Cake – deep dark chocolate spiked with Guinness, of course, and covered in rich ganache. Yum. $15/loaf
