It’s Pi(e) week at Butterfield Gourmet! Pickup menu for March 24-28, 2014

Last week we celebrated St. Patty’s day so missed the fun of Pi week and duh! we make pies!  Order any PIE and receive the salad at half price.

To order, please use the Contact tab (or email butterfieldgourmet@gmail.com) and tell me which items you would like and what day you would like to pick up at my Preston Commons location. If you order by 10 am, your items can be ready for you by 4 pm the following day.

Pick up is from 4-6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

Salad:  Traditional green salad with Ranch dressing – Red & green leaf lettuce, carrots, cukes and a homemade creamy dressing – always a crowd pleaser. $10 serves 2-3

Soup/chili: Rosemary-Lemon-Chicken Minestrone – savory & delicious, no beans but miniature pasta. $15/quart

Quiche: Quiche Lorraine PIE – bacon and gruyere creamy goodness. $20/pie serves 4-6

Pot PIE: Beef Pot Roast – my family’s favorite pot pie; warm and savory with all of the flavors of pot roast, complete with the carrots and potatoes. Serve with a green salad and crusty rolls.  $30/pie serves 4-6

Side: Cauliflower & Brussels Sprout Gratin – I made this side for Thanksgiving and have been trying to come up with an excuse to make it again! $15 serves 2-3

Entree: Traditional Shepherd’s PIE – We mix ground lamb and beef in a rich sauce with peas and other aromatic veggies and cover it with a beautiful cheddar mashed potato top. $30 serves 4-6

Dessert: French Lemon Tart – this is creamy and tart and sweet all at the same time! Best served with a dollop of whipped cream, of course. $20/PIE
