Menu for March 31-April 4, 2014

To order, please use the Contact tab (or email butterfieldgourmet@gmail.com) and tell me which items you would like and what day you would like to pick up at my Preston Commons location. If you order by 10 am, your items can be ready for you by 4 pm the following day.

Pick up is from 4-6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

Salad:  Radish & Greens with Avocado Dressing – so fresh for spring. $10 serves 2-3

Soup/chili: Green Chile Stew – I picked up a lot of green chile in New Mexico over spring break so we are fully stocked! This is my best selling soup of all time. $20/quart

Quiche: Chicken Dijon – this is a yummy savory quiche that is wonderful for lunch or dinner.  I serve mine with a green salad and crusty baguette.  (And a bottle of Chardonnay!) $20/pie serves 4-6

Pot pie: Customer’s choice – Homestyle Chicken ($25) or Beef Pot Roast, Green Chile Stew or Steak & Ale.  $30/pie serves 4-6

Side: Corn Pudding – I love this traditional, cheesy corn soufflé! $12 serves 2-3

Entree: Eggplant Parmigiana – with this saucy, savory dish, you won’t even miss the meat.  My version has a walnut crumb topping so let me know if you want me to omit the nuts. Comes with a side of plain pasta. $25 serves 4-6

Dessert: Dark Chocolate Walnut Cookies – just yum. $10/6 large cookies
