We’re just going to call this one MY birthday quiche. It’s my absolute fave because the protein of the bacon is complemented by a hefty handful of spinach and rounded out with creamy eggs and dairy. Oh, and somewhat importantly, it’s all served up in the BG flaky pie crust.

Large quiche is 9-inch pie and serves 6-8. Mini quiche are 4-inch in diameter, 1 serving each.
